Julian was exceptional on both the lead up to and on our special day. The preparation and meetings we had before put us at ease and answered any questions we had about how things were going to run. He made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured some truly beautiful photographs that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Julian was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made us feel completely at ease throughout the planning stages and made suggestions based on his experience to make sure we got the best from our pictures. On the day, he completely blended into the background. Half the time we didn't notice him taking pictures of the service or reception! We are over the moon with the finished result! Julian did an amazing job with our photos. He had to put up with a lot of moaning from family and friends because they just wanted to mingle and get to the bar, but just brushed this off and did a fantastic job. 
We had a sneak preview of some of our photos the very next day which was a lovely surprise so soon. Then we were sent a slideshow of some of our photos with our song in the background which was so lovely and not expected at all.  We would highly recommend Julian to family and friends! We could not thank Julian enough for being part of our special day. He was exceptionally professional in every aspect, turning up with the greatest of punctuality, a warm personality and his attention to detail is second to none. We had Julian photograph our whole day and he captured the most beautiful shots, that are natural and imaginative. We were taken aback at how well he planned the day from start to finish. He made the time to meet up with us before the wedding day to go through everything we wanted, and it really made a difference on the day. Julian just gets on with his photography whilst getting to know the guests too, he made sure the group shots ran smoothly. Julian was happy to help with anything, including specific requests. Julian was fantastic in the run-up and on the day of our wedding! I met him at the venue before the wedding date to discuss the photos and venue. On the day of the wedding, Julian came and said hello to both of us, and to let us know what he was going to do and when throughout the course of the day. He was really organised, polite and captured some great shots of before the wedding, during the ceremony, wedding breakfast and into the evening. I’m very impressed that he was able to control three excitable bridesmaids and bride! It was great to have one less thing to worry about, as we were definitely in safe hands. The links to the photos are easy to download to the computer, and there is also an app for your phone which is great to show family and friends when chatting about the wedding!

Julian took wonderful pictures of our special day and we are delighted with them. He met us before our wedding, he took on our ideas and what we wanted . On the wedding day, he spent the whole day with us including pre-wedding time at the bride's house. He didn't get in the way, just carried on with the pictures he needed. We even had to change position for some of the pictures at the golf course which caused no problems . Julian made the whole process easy and took all the worry away from us. He asked all the right questions about our special day and asked for any ideas we had. Julian also made his own recommendations and I would advise you to listen as he truly knows his craft.  At no point on the day did he feel intrusive and did a magnificent job with the photo. So pleased with the wonderful images that Julian captured of our special day. At one point we weren’t going to book a photographer, but I’m so glad we did. He’s very easy going and fun, but took control when he needed to so we got of all the group shots we had planned. The weather took a turn for the worse - which is a shame because the gardens at Arthur Findlay College are lovely, but Julian arranged for us to use one of the reception rooms and lit everything perfectly. We’ll cherish these memories forever - thank you. If you want a photographer who’s really friendly, professional and creates great images, look no further - book him!
